Property Management

A Higher Standard of Property Management

Exceptional homes require more than traditional management. They require oversight, discretion, and a deep understanding of how to protect and enhance long-term value. At Brookeshire Real Estate & Development, we provide a level of service designed specifically for high value coastal properties and discerning owners.

We’ve developed a Property Intelligence & Record System that documents, tracks, and maintains every major component of your property over time. Well-maintained, professionally managed properties attract better tenants and achieve stronger rental results. What sets us apart is our expertise as licensed building contractors. We know how to properly diagnose and repair a property, ensuring every job is done right the first time, without unnecessary repairs or inflated luxury-market pricing, delivering superior results and greater long-term value.

Expertise That Extends Beyond Management

Most property management firms coordinate vendors. We bring something fundamentally different. As both a licensed Real Estate Broker and Building Contractor, we understand not only how to manage a property, but how it is built, how it performs, and how to improve it. This allows us to make informed decisions that protect your home and your investment at every level.

Proactive Property Care

Your property is treated as a long-term asset, not a short-term rental. We implement a comprehensive property evaluation and ongoing oversight program that includes:

  • Detailed documentation of all major systems
  • Ongoing monitoring of condition and performance
  • Preventative maintenance planning
  • Early identification of potential issues before they become costly problems

Our approach is quiet, methodical, and preventative, designed to preserve both condition and value.

Tenant Placement & Management

We understand that the right tenant is essential, particularly in high-value homes.

Our process emphasizes:

  • Careful screening and selection
  • We create comprehensive lease agreements and implement strategic protections that reduce liability and safeguard our clients’ investments
  • Professional communication and expectations
  • Respectful, discreet management throughout the tenancy and the result is a more stable, lower-risk ownership experience.

Our Philosophy, Founded on Experience

This approach is rooted in our founder, Dan Sirota, a licensed Real Estate Broker and Building Contractor with over 25 years of experience. His extensive background in building, renovating, and managing hundreds of properties provides insight that goes far beyond traditional management.Brady Sirota complements this expertise by leading the technical and creative aspects of the business, including property design, technology integration, and professional photography, ensuring each property is both efficiently managed and beautifully presented. We don’t simply manage properties, we oversee them with the perspective of a builder and the discipline of a broker, ensuring long-term performance, protection, and value.

Complete Home Maintenance & Asset Tracking System

We’ve developed a Property Intelligence & Record System that provides comprehensive documentation, ongoing tracking, and proactive maintenance of every major component of your property. This level of care ensures your home remains in excellent condition, attracts quality tenants, and consistently achieves premium rental performance.

Our approach is intentionally proactive, not reactive. We conduct detailed maintenance reviews every six months to ensure the property is performing as it should and to identify potential issues before they become costly problems. This process not only protects the property, but also sets clear expectations for tenants, encouraging them to maintain the home properly and report any issues promptly.
